Wealth Advisory Group Collateral
On behalf of this prestigious financial services client, MarketShare created an elegant and upscale family of brochures that described five separate areas within the overall First Citizens Wealth Advisory Group. Comprehensive discussions were held with major stakeholders in each area to develop copy that served their specific needs. In just weeks, copy was written, photography selected and designs were completed.
The result? One folder and five complementary brochures. Upon completion of the printed pieces, copy was developed - with the same tone and content - for the client's new website.

Branch Signage
First Citizens is a 178 branch regional bank, with locations throughout South Carolina and Georgia. Branch signage is developed quarterly to cross-sell products appropriate to a branch's target customer. Creative is consistent with the Bank's other marketing materials in its use of color, photos, fonts, etc. Pieces include large and small posters, teller counter signs, and take-ones.

Checking Acquistion Direct Mail Program
Working in synergy with Provident's general agency, MarketShare developed a series of self-mailers targeting new movers as well as selected households in a specified proximity to existing branches. The mailers were developed to be consistent in tone and overall look with the Bank's other marketing materials. Objectives, opportunity, budget, target market, strategies, and tactics were all comprehensively reviewed at the onset of the project, and refinements were made as needed. Several times each year, a high-value giveaway was included in the mailing, which were cross-promoted in the branch network and online.

Partner Marketing Program
MarketShare was retained by Nextel to assist with the launch of Nextel's Partner Marketing initiative. MarketShare and Nextel conducted focus groups at the onset of the project, where we presented participants with several direct mail packages for their consideration. After analyzing the results, MarketShare developed a direct mail package, which served as the control package for all of Nextel's airline partners. MarketShare continued to design partnership marketing materials for Nextel's partners such as Capital One, all major U.S. airlines, and Blockbuster, including statement inserts, space ads, and web banner ads, until the sale of the company to Sprint.

In addition to pioneering website name registration, Network Solutions has evolved into a one-stop shop for all things Web related, from eCommerce solutions to online security products and site design. MarketShare supplies printed collateral materials to Network Solutions' team of sales representatives, as well as prints and fulfills seminar guidebooks directly to the venue for the company's 75+ annual SEO seminars.

Dominion Power
Water Line Protection Program
Dominion Products & Services, a subsidiary of Dominion Virginia Power, enlisted MarketShare's help in developing a new direct mail package to test against their current control, which was experiencing declining response rates. The specific product, Water Line Protection, was difficult to visualize and describe to the average consumer. With no options in the stock photography libraries, and no budget for a photo shoot, MarketShare's creative team enlisted the aid of a talented local illustrator, who brought the product to life through compelling graphics. Coupled with revamped copy, the package outpulled the existing control and continues to bring in new customers for the client.
